The findings of those research were also rather compelling. Ostarine does not have any significant adverse effects, however it is quite efficient in promoting muscle growth.
Without making any adjustments to their diet or level of physical activity, elderly men and women who took low doses of ostarine for a period of 12 weeks saw a gain of 3 pounds of muscle and a loss of 1 pound of fat [1]. Patients suffering from cancer saw almost exactly the same effects over almost the same amount of time [2]. In any of the studies, there were no adverse effects.

MK-2866’s adverse effects on the body.
According to the research, there were no adverse consequences. According to anecdotal evidence, however, some individuals who take large dosages of ostarine for 8–12 weeks have a temporary decrease in testosterone levels.
